All Trillium solutions come pre-built with dashboards designed to show you key figures of your membership success. In addition, we have created membership process reports to show the information that your organisation needs at a senior level.

A common, flexible financial transaction approach underpins all Trillium solutions. This allows all financial transactions to be managed and processed directly within CRM, whether they are membership related or linked to other areas of your organisation.

  • Fee or invoice transactions can be processed for any requirement, with payments, credit notes and refunds linked against these.
  • Payment methods can be extended to integrate with all common payment gateways.
  • Direct Debit processes are supported for BACS bulk processing or integrated payment collections through third parties.

 The transactions module is built from the ground up to give you flexibility and allow deep integration to your finance system. All financial transactions can be controlled directly within CRM with batched output available for entry into the finance system at a general ledger level. Or if required, transaction level information can be integrated directly to the finance system.

Education & Training is a key aspect of the value many membership organisations deliver to their members. The Trillium solution covers CPD, e-Portfolio and Examinations whether you want to enable your stakeholders to self-service or you just want to manage these structures within your CRM solution.

All of these elements can be extended to self-service areas by using our solutions or integrating with your existing website.

Many membership organisations rely on Direct Debit processing to automate their financial processes and increase member retention. The Trillium solutions automate the collection processes, supporting flexibility of payment plans, from simple annual or recurring monthly collections, to complex splits with up-front or last collection loaded amounts. 

Trillium Sphere includes efficient end-to-end bulk processing routines so you can to manage your own Direct Debit processes within CRM. We also offer integration to 3rd party platforms that can automate the collection processes for you, with no intervention required once a subscription has been set-up - even automating the actions if a payment has been rejected.

Automated collection can even be extended to include European Direct Debits. 

A full suite of APIs allow integration to any of your website transactional journeys, or you can use our standard Trillium portal to extend these processes direct to the member.

Demonstrating and understanding the value of an individual or organisation's relationship with your organisation is a key factor to success in the modern membership environment.

The Trillium solution can present a member value statement that shows the benefit an individual member has gained from their membership of your organisation.

To help you understand your members and report on how successful your efforts are, rules can be automated to add information to a member's value score based on their interactions with your organisation, or with any platform that you have. A full API exists to allow external systems to add to this information, such as member-only downloads from your website.

All of this information can be presented back to the member as part of a renewal process or within their self-service portal to help with engagement and retention.

The Trillium Events & Courses solution has been developed to fully support the management of the events and courses your organisation runs. Fully integrated eligibility for event fees based on a member's membership type and status is included to meet the specific needs of membership organisations.

The online booking journey can be extended to allow membership joining as part of event booking process, to allow a seamless end-to-end process and immediate access to membership discounts.
